We design and run events for venture funds, family offices, accelerators and startups, from twenty-person founder dinners to conference-week activations. Embedded with your team, or handled end to end.
Most ecosystem events are forgettable by design.
Another panel, another open bar, another room where everyone is performing. We build the opposite: fewer, better rooms where people actually connect, and that leave the host with real relationships and content they can use, not a photo album nobody opens.
Act I
Including the family offices that invest directly. Who need visibility in the ecosystem and a reason for founders to come to them.
Running cohort programming on repeat with a team too small to own it properly.
Who know community matters and can't justify a full-time hire yet.
With a client calendar to fill and a marketing team that has never had to run the room itself.
Act II
Individual events run end to end: cohort kickoffs, demo days, founder dinners, conference-week activations. You show up and host. We handle everything between the idea and the thank-you note.
Multi-DayTwo and three-day retreats for a portfolio or a membership community. Programming, venue, food, facilitators and content, built around the people in the room.
OngoingSenior event and community leadership embedded in your team a couple of days a month. We own the calendar, the vendors, the run of show and the budget, so you get a program that builds on itself instead of a scramble before every demo day.
Conference WeeksA curated room during the weeks when the whole industry is in town, shaped around whatever format fits: a studio, a salon, a workshop. By Wednesday everyone is over-caffeinated and pitched out. The Green Room is the opposite of the fourth happy hour.
Act III
Events and programs run for
Conference-week activations, community programs, customer dinners and founder events. Briefed, built, run and handed back with the numbers.
Act IV
Our podcast, in conversation with founders and angels about what they are building and why it matters to them.
It is the same instinct behind the events. Most people are tired of performing and will say something real if you give them a reason to. Running it means we already know how to get a founder talking on the record, which is why our events come back with content worth keeping rather than a folder of photographs.
Act V
We started in events, moved through customer success, and came full circle into go-to-market, all of it across early-stage startups. That path is where we learned the ecosystem from the inside: not just who is in the room, but the nitty-gritty of how these companies actually run, what a founder is carrying into a Tuesday night panel, and what a fund is really trying to get out of a dinner.
The best events are not the loudest ones. They are the ones people are still talking about a month later, because something in them actually landed. Usually that means giving people a reason to stop performing for an hour, and sending them home with something they wanted.
